English Lessons

CLEAR runs an English literacy programme, offering Pre-Entry level classes at our office. These are designed to boost self-motivation and confidence, as well as improving conversational and written English. We work with Eastleigh College who run Entry Level 1 & 2 classes at CLEAR, increasing students prospects within the labour market and improving their social integration. All of our education work is co-ordinated city wide as part of the ESOL in the Community programme, led by CLEAR in partnership with Southampton City Council, Wheatsheaf Trust and Eastleigh College along with other partners.

English Lessons with a creche

We are currently running a Women's Group on Friday mornings at St Andrew's on the Avenue for women with young children. These sessions are relatively informal and conversational, with an emphasis on social interaction.
